Smelting

Our rotary tilting furnace (RTF) with oxygen-gas burner is unbeaten both in terms of operating performance and low energy consumption. A range of equipment and accessories branded 'BJ Industries’ allows to safely and efficiently tap lead bullion, transfer it to the refining floor and handle slags. We adapt our machines to the operating context of our clients (air-gas, other types of fuel, casting of lead bullion).

Refining

Each BJ Industries refining kettle is made from a particularly resistant metal sheet and equipped with 2
air-gas burners. Temperature probes at different points allow to fine tune the different refining steps. Our offer is rounded off by robust refining tools of different sizes

Environmental Protection

The priority in lead recycling is the management of your employees’ exposure to lead. BJ Industries design plants that limit dust emission at source. Properly dimensioned hygiene filters eliminate dust and smoke emissions at the workplace.

Combustion gases, after capturing coarse dust and cooling, are filtered to eliminate all fine dust. The bag filters can be combined wet scrubbers and injection of active coal depending on client needs.

Our offer includes supply of equipment for treatment of process water from the battery breaker unit.
